Who Sigma Hosting is for
Small businesses
You need a website that runs and a contact person when something is wrong. We take care of the certificate, backups and monitoring.
Agencies
You look after several client projects. Each project runs separately, with its own network and fixed limits. The customer portal has roles for technical and billing staff.
Developers
You provide a container image with a fixed version, we run it. For a static site a ZIP archive is enough.

What you can hold us to
- One price, in year two as well
- Renewing a domain costs the same as registering it. There is no teaser offer in the first year.
- Servers in Vienna
- Your website runs in a data centre in Vienna, which is in the EU.
- Every change can be undone
- Before every change on the server a snapshot is taken. Afterwards the result is checked and rolled back on failure. Critical changes are approved by a person.
- Export from day one
- You download your data as an archive in the customer portal. We do not charge a switching fee.
- Separated per project
- Each customer project runs in its own environment with its own network and fixed limits for memory and CPU time.
- An assistant that asks first
- The help chat quotes prices and prepares changes. Nothing is carried out until you confirm.

Can I order today?
Not online yet. We currently take on customers on request and send an offer. Online ordering and payment are in preparation.
Are the prices binding?
The prices on this site are planned prices. The offer you receive from us is binding.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in a data centre in Vienna. The data processing agreement is available as a draft under “Legal”. It is still under legal review.
What happens when a change goes wrong?
Before every change on the server a snapshot is taken. If the check afterwards fails, the change is rolled back. Every change is recorded in a log that cannot be altered afterwards.
Can I switch to another provider later?
Yes. The data export is available in the customer portal from day one, free of charge. You take domains with you using the auth code.
Can I register a domain already?
Not yet. The registrar connection is missing. Tell us the domain you want in your request and we will check it for you.
